Return Policy


Unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page, you can return your product and opt for an online store credit voucher for your order. The default method to return your product is using our pick-up service. For all orders starting 15 June 2022 onwards.

If you want to self-ship instead, you can do so. Just make sure you inform us in advance , And Our Team Will Provide Address For Return Product.


Only one Return or Exchange is allowed per order.

Return Refund Policy: (Updated on 01-12-2023)


All orders placed via DDM Clothing are eligible for a return refund. Buyers have 5 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by raising a dispute in your order. Once you raise the dispute, share supporting evidence here within the next 5 Days. If we do not receive any supporting evidence within 5 Days then the issue will be deemed resolved and we will close the issue in the system.

How to make a proper opening video?


The opening video should be taken in one go, to start before opening the package, with shipping label visible, and include checking all sides of the package. UNPACKING VIDEO FOR ANY DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED CLAIM ( AS PER POLICY *UNPACKING VIDEO IS MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE OPEN THE SHIPMENT OR PRODUCT* AFTER OPENED THE SHIPMENT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR LOSS , PLEASE HIGHLIGHT ISSUE WHILE PRODUCT RECEIVED IN VIDEO SO WE INVESTIGATE AND PROVIDE RESOLUTION FOR THE SAME )


What's NOT covered?


• Size Issue : As per order Same Size Delivery not eligible any kind of return , only exchange allowed ( Chargable )

Wrong Size Delivery by DDM Clothing is Free for exchange ( NO CHARGE FOR EXCHANGE )

Changed mind: If the item is just not your style or does not fit you (but the size is as per what mentioned by the seller), we unfortunately cannot accept a return.

Product Quality Issue: If you don't like the quality of fabric or stitching (but you have received the same item which was mentioned by the seller), we unfortunately cannot accept the request. You can always contact seller for the issue

Offline Transactions: We do not cover any trades or transactions completed outside DDM Clothing platform

Taking another product: If the seller informs you that the item is not available with them and to take another item at the same/different price. In this case it is better to cancel the order of the product which is not available and place a new order of the item which you want.


EXCHANGE Policy


All orders are eligible for exchange.


FREE EXCHANGE*


  • DDM Clothing delivered WRONG SIZE AND WRONG PRODUCT
  • Damaged Product delivery

While Correct Size and Product delivery

➤ In case of correct order delivered, rupees 200 will be charged for one product to exchange the item.

➤ Request needs to raised within 5 days after the delivery.

➤ Items returned must be unused and in the original packaging that you received.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT

If a product is non-returnable for whatever reason, it will be clearly mentioned in red colour on the specific product page itself along with the payment mode for that product. Non-returnable product sale is a final sale.

Products can be non-returnable under the following conditions:

  • Products are on clearance sale**
  • Exclusive limited edition products
  • Customized products
  • Discounted Order
  • Any White Article or White Colour Product ( Because We Are Promised to Customer We are delivered very Clean product and Without Any Stain , White Article high chance for Stain in the product SO we are not accpeting return in this product )

**Please note that all clearance sale products are 100% new, fresh, wearable and usable. They go on clearance sale for one or more reasons shown below:

Limited stock is available

Last few pieces, colours or sizes available

Minor defect that is deemed negligible


Returns can only be filed for returnable products. For all non-returnable products, returns are unavailable



REFUNDS

  • All products in bought on FULL PRICE are eligible for a refund if received damaged product And Wrong Product only.

exceptional cases :

  • No longer need product , Product is not as per Expectation , Quality is not Expected , Size not fit to me all are eligible for return and refund but RS 200 less in paid amount ( For Example : Product Price is 2000 and customer paid 2000 while returning the product in such case refund will be proceed RS 1800 Hence RS 200 charge is applicable on the case )
  • Discounted products or returnable products bought during any promotion period are only eligible for an online store credit voucher.
  • If you have placed a prepaid order and cancelled it before dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • In all cases where a refund is eligible, it will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days after approval.


Online Payment Or Advance Payment Refund Policy


• Order placed vie online payment mode while customer is cancelled ordered for any reason BEFORE shipment is dispatched or Shipped Status then REFUND will be credited with in 7 working days auto refunded in your payment Source.

• Order is Shipped or dispatched by us and customer is cancelled or refused for accept order or provide wrong address and wrong mobile number for delivery of shipment so we are not eligible for any liability and payment is non refunded to the customer.



Fraudulent behavior


DDM Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order if found inappropriate or fraudulent. Also, in such cases order will be cancelled without any refund. Inappropriate behaviour includes but not limited to unethical transaction, moral misconduct, using abusive words, within DDM Clothing community.


GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All return requests have to be raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. These requests will be approved or declined based on the terms of sale.
  • If you have opted for a pick-up service, we will aim to get it picked-up as quickly as possible.
  • If you are sending the product yourself, you have another 7 days to have it delivered to us, for a total of 14 days.
  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags/packaging intact. If we find that the returned items are in breach of this, we will ship them back to you. Our decision on this is final.
  • Your store credit voucher, valid for 365 days, will be issued once your products are received by us and passed by the quality control team.
  • In the normal course of business, the entire process can take 10-12 working days.

The brand's original packaging (if Present), MRP Tags/ Labels and accessories also need to be returned along with the item.
